A new activity under the name Contest has been implemented in this company, due to the enthusiasm and commitment of its technicians in the quest for new challenges and solutions. Their idea is that of using new raw materials, new heat treatment proceedings, new technologies, new tools and new production processes. This company has developed, throughout the past decade, innovative solutions with the support of a few brand teams and technicians, conveying confidence to our business partners.

Our CAD systems as well as our computerized calculus programmes enable us to simulate various solutions for our goals and to define better working processes. Our experience and creativity, gathered along more than a decade, is focussed on cars and motorcycling with the aim to develop the motor sports activity.

Technology

Among the "state-of-the-art" technologies that we use, we should like to stress the Plasma projection of several materials, non-deforming laser welding of thermal pre-treated units, electro-discharge wire-cut, shock treatment to increase fatigue strength "Shot Peening".

Load-break rating to be borne by spare parts is increased by the use of special tools. The execution and finishing qualities are considerably increased due to the use of CNC machinery.
